In the spring when old man winter starts to fade, the age old tradition of sugaring comes alive at Hough’s Maple Lane Farm in Ogle county, just outside Mt.Morris, Illinois.
Just as our ancestors did generations ago we collect maple sap and boil it down into Maple goodness, making lasting family memories one drip at a time.
